students may not enter school without current and up to date immunizations
Kindergarten
ALL students entering Kindergarten must have within 12 months of entering kindergarten
- a current physical,
- proof of current immunizations
- documentation of passing a vision screening with steriopsis
Early Childhood Center
All students entering must show proof of immunizations and a current physical
Elementary Health Screenings
 vision K to 5hearing K to 3
scolosis grade 5
height & weight with BMI grades 1 and 4
updated physical or interval health history-grade 3
