Schedule of Meetings, Activities and Assignment Due Dates
Fall/Spring 2005-2006
(with general information about summer 2006 schedule)
The schedule that follows includes dates, times and locations for all SALEM in History Fall/Spring 2005-2006 scheduled activities as well as all assignment due dates for both PDP and graduate credit-level participants. For information on logistics (directions, parking, release time) see the “Logistics” sheet. For information on specific assignments see the appropriate assignment sheet.
Notes on Scheduling of Required and Optional Activities: Unless marked with an (*) ALL activities on this schedule are required. While almost all required activities take place outside of school hours (on Thursdays), our November site visits will take place during the school day and will require you use one of your allotted release days to attend. (See “Logistics” page for information about release days). You will also note that in addition to the required activities and meetings, this schedule includes a few optional activities. Throughout the year we will offer periodic optional visits to additional local and regional archives and resources. In the fall, these will take place after school hours and will be in Salem. In the spring, there will be additional optional, day-long field trips to sites outside of Salem. If you
chose to participate in a day-long field trip in the spring, you must use one of your allotted release days to attend.
